REFUND POLICY:  The American Red Cross of Monroe County does not issue refunds for those people who do not attend class without advance notice.  They are offered the opportunity to reschedule 1 time within a 3 month period.  Failure to reschedule results in course payment being considered a donation. If Red Cross cancels a class and rescheduling is not possible, then a refund will be issued upon request.

Price Breaks:  If you need several courses over a span of days, as long as you register for all of them at the same time, you are eligible for a price break: Any basic course priced as marked,  each additional basic course subtract  $10.00
